28723 Full Hosting Website Needed!

I want a full hosting website designed. Below is a link to something simialr to what I want, but not a complete copt of it. Top part - [login to view URL] Bottom Part - [login to view URL] These are the pages I want: aup - acceptable use policy about us features/services compare plans datacentre terms of service policies - links to aup and tos index page news page special offers there might be a few siple ones needed to add that maybe just require some text What I like about the example site I have linked to above is that it has the news and special offers on there. I would also like hosting customers to be able to login from homepage. I want the news section and special offers section to be available on all pages, but when i want to update it, I don't have to update every page but only one so may have to use frames but if there is another way around you can use that. the news and special offers section don't have to be exactly as displayed in the example above as long as its visible andon every page in an appropriate place. here is another website I like [login to view URL]~dan22ga/portfolio/[login to view URL]
