Joomla Website Project

Hello, We are looking for a Joomla designer who can handle the following project. Please read the entire email and add the hidden phrase to the PMB to be considered for the project. This is to make sure you read the entire project. We have a Flash homepage, a screen shot is attached. -Flash for homepage, flash will be provided. Need flag image to fill screen -need cms (joomla) for simple site, WE ARE ONLY CONNECTING TWO STATES TO THE INTERNAL PAGE, BUT WILL NEED INSTRUCTIONS TO CONNECT OTHER PAGES.
