Modify website template (provided) with images/photos (also provided)

I have several website templates that I will be using to redesign/replace a clients website. The templates require modification, removing the stock imagery and replacing with clients photos. I have both the templates, the photos, and the content from the original site but not the time to put them together. You'll need to know HTML, css, and have graphic design and photo editing experience to take customers photos and edit, modify them to fit within the template. I do web hosting and web design myself but don't have time to handle this project as I'm taking on a consult job for the next few weeks, but need this done as soon as possible.
