Need created a splash landing webpage

We need a landing/Splash page to when users are navigated to it it will have a video in the center(not needed in this location) this video will be an coming soon video. And direction telling users to enter e-mail(will capture e-mail and let them know they will be contacted when it has been launched....When product is launched i'd like a slight change in the website to navigate users to download app via Google Play and IOS is coming soon and possibly Website also...
