Need experienced Wordpress/Graphic Designer - URGENT

I need an experienced WordPress designer. With lots of experience. See this website: [login to view URL] I need you to create one as nice if not better, with about the same components. So you need to have a solid background with Photoshop AND Wordpress. I want to see examples of sites that you have done. Mandatory. If not, I won't consider you. This site needs to be up and running VERY shortly. Like Tuesday or Wednesday of next week (May 17-18) You need to be fluent in English. I have numerous websites to do in the next few weeks, so it could be one of many for you if all goes well with this first site. Recap: EXPERIENCED only. Need to be great at Photoshop.
