Newspaper website

We have purchased a yearly subscription to PageSuite page turning application. This is to be used as our primary means of disseminating our online newspaper information and articles. However, we need a website to handle other types of information relating to the newspaper. The website we are asking you to bid on will include the following elements, but are not limited to the elements listed below: 1. On the homepage there will be an embedded link in a dedicated section with a picture of the current edition of the PageSuite page turner edition. 2. A link with its associated "About us" page 3. A link with its associated webpage for persons to be added to our mailing list. 4. A link with its associated webpage about the "Programs" we offer 5. A link with its associated webpage with an indexed & searchable list arranged in categories and sub-categories. 6. A list window/section on homepage with a scrolling list of contributors with each listing linked to a pop-up window. 7. A Blog section to allow for feedback on articles. 8. Social media interactive windows and links ... Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn etc. 9. A link with its associated webpage about our Advertising structure and rates 10. A link with its associated webpage on how to Contact us 11. Revenue generating Ad Banner an links through-out the site ... with an administrative page to update Banners 12. A fully interactive site content manager Use of templates wordpress or otherwise is acceptable. Site should be written using Html5 whenever html code is required. Adobe Indesign interactive pages are preferred The site must be viewable on mobile devices ... hence the requirement of the html5 standard
