117118 Simple HTML for brochure site

See attached brief for details - basically this brief is very simple HTML work. I strongly value customer service, good communication skills and preferably someone not too far off my time zone (GMT). Unfortunately I cannot accept applications from inexperienced programmers, or programmers with little feedback, or anyone who cannot provide a strong, recent portfolio of work that is they actually did themselves! You must be free to start the job immediately. I would like you to load all of the changes directly onto my hosting service. I am looking to develop an ongoing professional relationship with one programmer, so applications are particularly welcome from perhaps slightly older, more experienced programmers who know the value of cultivating good customer relationships, even if that does mean being a little more expensive than some!
