Subscription-based website with CMS

This is a pretty straightforward project: I plan to purchase a Flash template (as shown at [login to view URL]) in order to substitute texts, pictures etc there and build my own website. Some Flash features will be disabled there, because I don't need them. The only differences worth mentioning are: a) I will be able to upload links where it now says 'Top Services' which, when pressed, will pop-up an .html file of my choice. In other words, I will be preparing periodically an .html file of my own and you will provide me with the way to upload it on my server and have its link appear there, underneath 'Top Services', 'pushing' the old links one notch down. If the links become too many (now the template dispalys only 17, I think) then a scroller will appear for the user to browse through all links. b) The link on the green box 'Leadership' will also make appear another .html file that I will be uploading for that purpose there daily. (All .html's for (a) and (b) can be pop-ups or they can just be overlays, I don't mind) c) This will be a paid subscription website. I have the 'Subscribe' button and its functionalities already made at another test website of mine, namely [login to view URL] Please go there and press the fourth Menu button from left that reads 'Subscribe', even fill the form (with ffdghfh or so) and see how it works: the first checkbox on top will lead you to the MoneyBookers payment portal, the third checkbox displays a message and the second checkbox leads you to MoneyBookers again (but this will change from now on: the second will display another message, like the third does). All code in .php will be provided to you so you will juste 'paste' the functionalities of [login to view URL] to this website we will create now. The same is true for the Admin we have created for that 'winner' website, which manages the subscribers. This is ready too, for you to just 'copy' to our new website (and just create a new mySQL database for it of course). I will grant you access to the Admin for you to browse through and see how it works if needed in due time. Of course all Greek texts will be given to you in ready Word format, for you to just paste in place. In short, almost everything will be given ready to you for this project. I guess that pretty much wraps it up. You will need perfect knowledge of html, php, mySQL, Flash 8, Dreamweaver 8, also most likely Adobe Photoshop, and perhaps C++ etc.
