Trivia Quiz Game and Website

I am looking for a cost effective, experienced and highly competent team to develop an online multiplayer Trivia Quiz game and website with similar functionality to the large poker websites. I have a large database of multiple choice questions currently in Excel format; these should be incorporated into the game in a way that will allow me to easily make amendments (e.g. add new questions). The site should also have the same capabilities as the above site – for example, clients should be able to: 1. Register and be given a user name and password 2. Deposit and withdraw money from their account (I have short listed some payment systems that will need to be integrated into the website) 3. Enter a “lobby” where they can see how many people are playing each game and then select a game to join There should be an Admin Panel to allow administrators to carry out site maintenance tasks. I also expect all the logo/graphic design requirements to be handled by the successful bidder. I want a team that can provide me with a complete solution to take this from a drawing board concept to a fully functioning website; so please only bid if you are confident of being able to provide a highly professional solution.
