Web Site Template + Flash from exsisitng site

From the existing site [login to view URL] we want to refresh slightly the navigation. We have to keep the existing background (orange part with check pattern) and buttons which we will keep. If I can’t find the existing .fla we will send this but I am not 100% sure if we still have this. But any images files will be sent. We also want to keep the size the same as it needs to intergrate with the rest of the site. We want to keep the current dimensions of the existing main navigation. However I need the following Changes 1. 1 Link adding (colors of buttons can be changed) 2. Height reducing by approx 20% 3. Screen removing and new screen image inserting. 4. Within the screen I want some flash animation or something really cool 5. Company Logo updating to new font 6. Side navigation again has to be similar layout but tidying up 7. It also needs to be optimized for search engines. Also any other changers the designer has to make it look better. We need someone with design flair and will take what is a nice layout to the next level.
