webdesigner with great skills on responsive and HTML5

Hello All, In the next couple of months i want to upgrade my website with new stuff and change old stuff and make it responsive I can program, but my skills as a designer sucks a little. So i need a great web designer with excellent skills of html5, css, javascript and responsive. I prefer people working alone and not a big company. Too many lines to communicate and too expensive It work with phases and each month there is a phase. a phase is probably 10 hours work. this can be increased to 20 hours a month. Its probably a year work every month The first project will be make a new design of the frontpage and loginpage. So programming is my job, and you only have to put it in a nice design. please make bid for frontpage and loginpage. If you bid make sure you follow these guidelines / rules: - Only bid if you can do the job. - Only bid if you really have the knowledge - First project will go trough freelancer, next phases will be by email and payment by paypal or skrill - I dont like bidders when they make a bid, and i say its too high they drop the bid 50%. just give me your best bid.
