website graphic touches / redesign (layout template)

I am looking for a graphics artist / web designer who can apply a few graphic touches / redesign to the layout of my website [login to view URL] / http://www.gpsture.dk. Would prefer if you can deliver a HTML / CSS mockup, but photoshop only is acceptable as well (I have the skills to convert it to HTML / CSS). The task: Please have a look at attached screenshot. I have marked some layout elements with red borders - these are the ones that i would like to have applied some cool graphic touches to. The goal: Come up with graphics elements / website layout template that has a more rounded and professional look than the current one where everything is square divs. I'm thinking rounded / non-square elements, curved lines with shading etc. When bidding please include samples (screenshots, links, portfolio) of similar work carried out by you personally.
