Build an Online Store

Have a client that has access to paper/plastic products where they have a total accumulated number of products of lets say 50000. All these will just be imported to the database (preferable sql with a wordpress front for easy editing). The products we will import ourselves, the descriptions we will edit ourselves, and the clients we will enter ourselves. The website needs to be able to have each client login to the website, and they will be able to pull up their own "order guide/list of products that are assigned to their account" with their own individual pricing (some clients will have a flat 10% increase from cost, others will be product dependent pricing, and other configurations, just each client has independent pricing structure). There will be no ordering through the website as far as payments, the only option that they should have is to submit an order with the products they require for the week or month out of their order guide, to our company email where we will process everything on the back-end. Where we wil ltake the order, charge it, separately from the site completely. Essentially an information website with the underlying structure of ecommerce, where prices can be adjusted individually per client or category (as long as there are unlimited categories/options).
