Pathways to Medicine Online Registration + Waitlist Program+ Class Purchase

Hi! I need my website updated so that visitors can sign up for one of 3 classes on specified dates in Jan, Feb, March of 2015. I also need them to be able to pre-pay for the class at two different price points depending on when they are signing up (early bird. vs. regular bird). The system that you build should be able to detect whether the class is full and, if it is, place people on the waiting list. I would like students to be able to access their account online somehow and drop classes as needed if they are unable to attend. If someone who drops the class and there is a waitlist for that class, I need the system to automatically generate an invitation to sign-up for the class to the first person on the waitlist. If that person doesn't sign within 24 hours, then the system needs to generate an invitation to the next person on the waitlist and so on and so on until class is full. There are some edits to registration form that currently exists and automated message that currently appears after students sign-up, so we can talk about that too. Thank you!
