website and app

Hi, My name is Robert Keane and I am interested in getting some software built for my business. Can you give me a quote on what I'm looking for. What I need is a website, an app and some computer software. The computer software will be in store and will record all the customers names and process other basic information and then i want this displayed on an app. Each customer will have their own log in and unique I.D. There are several different stores so I want the same software replicated for each store. Every customer will log into the same app regardless of what store they are linked with. There should be between 1 and 30 stores. Every time a customer from store 1 logs in, they will see information from store 1 (Store 1's homepage) and will also see information unique to them, for example how much money they have spent with this store, similarly when a customer from store 2 logs in, they will see the home page for store 2 , this is the same for every other store. this would have to be instant, so obviously the computers in store are connected to the internet, But i want the App to display the information live on the app so exactly as it happens. The website will do exactly what the app does but will just look like a website. I was also thinking that maybe the computer software I outlined in the beginning could actually be displayed though the website, meaning the operator could input the information directly to the website using a special log in instead of needing software installed on the computer. What would be the easiest/cheapest way? So basically i need an app to display the information imputed in several different stores, and how the customer sees what is relevant to them is by logging in. Also if every store and customer had a profile so it is possible to set up forums that would be a great. I look forward to hearing what you have to say. Thanks, Robert Keane
