Web site on and off page SEO

I am looking for a no baloney contractor/agency who can truly demonstrate proven on and off page SEO expertise. Time frame to measure and assess the results of your work is planned to be over a 1-2 month period, so payments will be aligned to the degrees I set for SERP performance. If you are game, are confident you have the right stuff, have a proven performance record, please bid and tell me you can do this. Currently my web site (PR5) is positioned very well (but slipping) in the SERPs in Canada for many keywords as a “[login to view URL]” web site, but not so well in the “[login to view URL]” world. This is where your expertise is to be applied. The end goal is to have the current SERP keyword results move and occupy the first 3-4 positions in [login to view URL], Bing and Yahoo for up to 8-10 keyword or keyword phrases which I will supply. Focus will be [login to view URL], best effort for Bing and Yahoo, but better than where they are now. Part one of your job is to analyze my web site, provide a detailed report, recommend an improvement plan and then execute that plan for improved on page performance. Part 2 is to develop a plan for an off page SEO building campaign, then to document your work to enable the continuation and maintenance of the campaign once this contract is closed, as this will be ongoing “work in progress”. Recommend any applicable approaches to solid connectivity, social and other wise to a broad range of web visitor demographic.
