build us a website

We need to start with a basic site, max 4 to 5 pages; i.e. Home, About Us, Services, Resources, Contact. I think this should start us off. We would like a clean professional site. Nice and bright. Easy to look at and easy to read. Would like to consider having a video, when someone gets to the site they can see the video playing and hear a voice. A sitemap would be helpful as well.
