Prices Update and Page Layout Joomla 2.5

We have a current website quickprint.co.za. Most of the content has been moved over to the development server [login to view URL] We need the following done: 1. Update all prices for products as per Excell spreadsheet and PDF document with new prices to all 9 products i.e. [login to view URL] 2. We need the pages layed out better. Just so everything looks better and fits better. 3. We need all the products to have a 'order' button. This order button must open an RS Form where you need to match the forms on i.e. [login to view URL] All the order forms must be re-created on [login to view URL] for each product. The prices does not have to be in modules as they currently are.. they can be part of the content page. Also if you feel the RS forms can be displayed on the same page without the button this is also fine. Please recommend what you think is the best way. Can also pop up in a highslide pop up etc...
