Website Design - Sample Project for Long Term Relationship

We need re-design of a website. This is just a sample work to identify really good designers with whom we can work on long term relationship. Important : - bid only if you have very good expertise in designing work, we have a lot of designing work, this is just a sample work for us. we are looking forward for a designer who can have vast experience in flash, photoshop, illustrator, card designing and much more. - we are looking for designer who provide best quality service with cost effective rate in such a way that we both agree and can take our relation ship for long time to full-fill our vast designing projects - we would not consider any bid without portfolio and mock-up of our requirements, so don't bid without them.
