Magneto Private Sale Site For Magento King

I need to work with somebody that already has done a private sales site in Magento before and has a solution. You must have extensions for product countdown, private membership and a referral program. I must work one on one with the developer on this. I will not work with somebody that is contracting this job out and must relay information back and forth. Good communication and English skills are a must. My description may sound rude but I just spent a month getting jerked around by another developer that said they could do this job. This person could not figure out how to complete this site in Magento. Please do not reply if you have not done this before. I need this job done in two weeks at the latest.
