The example website which you've posted it's not that hard to replicate/clone, however i really don't understand what would you like to see in an 'admin panel' for this particular example.. Maybe the results of input? I can make it pretty fast using plain PHP without any framework like laravel, or even in asp.net mvc but that would require a little more to setup. Since you posted a required skill of MySQL i believe you want to store all the results based on name or country, which again won't be that hard to replicate.. I can finish it in like 3 days tops, or even faster. (still depends if you want me to use the same graphics/content as your example [images/text/logos]) Please contact me if you're interested so i can provide a working demo as fast as i can, and that it's just because i'm new to freelancer.com and i need to prove that i can do it before you assign the project to me.
