B Cell Lymphoma Foundation

I am looking for someone to help start the WordPress site, and create the frameworks/initial design for a new foundation my colleagues are starting – B Cell Lymphoma Foundation. Long story short, my colleague Jessica is working with a lymphoma specialist that saved her dad's life, Dr. Wong, to create this foundation and get it off the ground. I recently completed the brand guidelines and identity package for the Foundation, and now we are looking to build a WP site to give the Foundation a web presence. At this moment, all we have is the visual identity (and UI inspo), a domain, a theme, a Business account on WP, and some copy to get things started. The site will primarily have these parts/pages/core features: a resources section (where we can post relevant information/research advancements about B Cell), a page about Dr. Wong, and a feature to donate money, as well as a feature to subscribe to the Foundation's updates. The budget is currently $~2,000-2,500 to get the MVP of the webpage up. Once the general features have been implemented, I can pick it up from there and work on UX/changes to UI. We have some visual identity inspo to work off of, and you'd be working with myself (a UX Designer) and Jess (Creative Director) so it shouldn't be very painstaking to communicate clearly and efficiently. We are looking to have the site finished or nearly finished by the end of October.
