Chart/Graph implementation for Wordpress site -- 2

First of all my job offer includes the creation of many test pages where we can test the various solutions for speed, ease of use, responsiveness etc. In my previous offer I proposed Google API, while a fellow freelancer proposed fusionCharts. Which of them is best, depends on what you want to do exactly. I believe that all of them are pretty much equal for your website's needs. All the different options and parameters can be really overwhelming when considering the best solution. I also made some further reading on the plugins. They just use some the aforementioned js frameworks. No new solutions there. So If you want me to pick the best 4 I'd say Google, D3.js, HighCharts and FusionCharts.
