create a SVG map

need a SVG design of a map that I have for my new website. Needs a % width of 25 so that it can scale properly to mobile devices too. The map of the island (shaped like a circle) is cut into 5 sections. I have a map i can send to the write business. VW is a virtual % width of the viewport, a relative size that changes nicely with the dimensions and resolution of the device used. [login to view URL]
