CSS and HTML

Hello I am looking for someone who is going to create for us the HTML-Template and the CSS for the design attached. You have to be very familiar with css. Using tables is not allowed. The Website has three Parts. Part 1 and Part 2 (see the picture) have fixed size. Part 3 will be resized depending on the screen resolution. Part two has two pictures used as Background. Background 1 is placed always on the top. Background 2 is placed always on the bottom left. Page Text is spread over the Backgrounds. CSS file should contain: body, p, li, ul, table, tr td etc. definitions all necessary DIV definitions h1, h2, h3 definitions definitions for standard links definitions for menu links Standard font Arial, size 12 Deadline 19.09.2007 I am looking for your questions and bids.
