The project is divided into 3 main components that can be split into phases: 1- Phase 1: Redesign our basic website with more professional looking interface, that is more targeted for Mobile and Desktops at the same time. Make sure that forms for contacting us and for new client requests are working. 2- Phase 2: Create a password protected site portal only for our internal staff to allow them to enter some search criteria, and then the page will invoke several APIs to return vendor pricing information based on the staff criteria that were selected. the results will be displayed to our agents in a way to allow them to compare the the results from the several APIs and chose the one they would like to proceed with. Most of our vendors have APIs that we can use. 3- Phase 3: Create a mobile interface to allow our clients to check on status of their requests and allow the system to send notifications to clients based on specific dates, we will need experienced programmers to have a cool, user friendly, responsive mobile design to have a good customer experience.
