Design Production Assistant & Virtual Assistant Ongoing Basis

I am looking for a freelance production assistant and virtual assistant on an ongoing basis, as needed. Must have knowledge and experience with the following applications: Wordpress websites, Email Marketing Software, Scheduling apps like LinkTree, Hootsuite, etc. Must have web design and/or web development experience. Must have excellent communication skills, quick/timely responses to emails/requests, and a friendly, warm and kind demeanor. Must have an exceptional eye for detail and design, attention to detail and be detail oriented. At least some design skills and experience (i.e. must have a good eye for design to keep things on brand and looking beautiful and consistent across the board). Photoshop experience and know-how are a major plus. Social Media Marketing experience is also a major plus, but not required. Pinterest management and/or marketing experience in particular is also a MAJOR PLUS! I am looking for someone to support and work with me remotely on a variety of projects and client projects as my primary virtual production assistant, and to reply to client and customer emails while I am away on trips. I am a designer and brand consultant as well as author and course creator, so I need someone to help with a couple of my design contract clients (website updates, plugins, etc.) and to post and schedule weekly blog posts, newsletters etc. I am looking for someone to grow with me, and support me growing my author & course platform.
