Freelancer for building a Platform to help Covid Patients

PROJECT BRIEF: (Posting to find freelancer on hourly basis; Please read before sharing any quotes) During this odd time, I want to create a platform to help Covid Patients. I have used “mylisting” theme and site is already hosted. I am looking for a WordPress expert who has good experience on mylisting theme and also have expertise in UI/UX. The person should have managed/created a big platform with high traffic. REQUIREMENT BRIEF: The requirement is to create a Smart Platform to help covid patients. It will show various types of emergency needs listings (7-8 categories) which I will discuss with the selected freelancer. There will be a process of verification, a review rating system, advance filters, apart from various categories types of listing pages /standard pages. Analytical data from admin shall log in shall be available on the fingertip. FREELANCER: Looking for an absolute EXPERT who can take complete OWNERSHIP to deliver the final product and expert enough to deal with ambiguity. The person shall work closely with me (I am a product guy) and deliver the solution ASAP. The person should understand it for a noble cause and shall be flexible with multiple iterations. Ideally, I would prefer an expert full stack developer or a team with a UI/UX, tester (really good tester), and an expert developer who can take care of DB (high traffic), speed load time, security, fix as per GT Metrix suggestions. The ideal freelancer will have great experience with APIs & Google Maps integrations. IMPORTANT: Request quote only from people who are genuinely interested and have time to take this on priority. Please clearly tell what you are capable of doing and as well as what you may not be able to do. Also, clearly mention what you would require, the technology stack, or other suggestions (I would prefer WP because of low cost/ efforts.
