2 Page Web Design Task - Looking for LONG TERM relationship

I need something very simple done: Design Requirements- I need a 2 page design (Home page and an internal page). I need it to be table free (Div) with extrenal CSS sheet. Important Notes: I already have the homepage design on a jpeg all it needs is to be done in PSD and make 2 minor changes. Communication Requirements- I need the person to work with me on web design to be accessible via Skype and MSN (I work US CST Hours so I would be ideal for us to meet during that time). Turnover from the time you receive feedback should be no more then 24 hours. I own a SEO Company and prefer to find long term relationship a successfull, affordable pricing, and smooth experience will ensure future work. Provide portofolio of your work sample please!
