Revamp Auto Site

I have a auto site; I want to revamp and get a cleaner looking site. Basically I want someone to do the following :- - Look at our current index page and logo - you can see the navigation is not clean and we waste a lot of real estate on the navigation - I want clean text links some graphics improvement, css sheet and good look and feel - I need only one template page which we will copy to our other pages So the deliverable is a single page template file + css file all w3c checked for no errors.
