2010 Simple Website Research Database

Website Design Purpose Website designed to enable users to research database of comprised of four categories. Users should be able to print out certain pages of database reports. Database contains links to company websites and information pages. Search Select category from dropdown list then Narrow search by having the option to select the following search criteria: last name, company name, city/town or zip code Display and/or print Search takes you to a list page. The list may be 25 lines of data displayed as follows: Company, Last name, First name, Address, City/Town, Zip, Phone, Email, Information Page, Website If search is more than 25 lines, then the remaining lines must be available for viewing via “next page” or other methodology. Must have the option of scrolling down or up. Must be able to print page. Must be able to navigate to information page and website. Disclaimer Disclaimer must flash before search results are displayed. Updating Must be able to update data on quarterly or monthly basis.
