I am looking for a freelancer or freelancers based in the UK who have the capability to create a site ALMOST identical to YouTube but with a twist Design wise - you MUST BE ABLE TO MATCH OR SURPASS the standards of www.brightcove.com..please DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO THIS.
