Web Designer - Ongoing

I am looking for someone to do about 2 or 3 designs right now and about 1 every week to 10 days thereafter. I am picky about how the designs look and I prefer to select someone that can get it all the first time. If you have not been using Photoshop that long, do not even bother wasting my time or your own. All designs will be a simple header/footer/content and need to scale 100% vertically. Please post previous work and your price per layout.
