Write an iPad application For a school playcentre register system -- 2

I would like an app built that will register kids in and out of a school playcentre. This app will not be live on app store and will be deployed via apple configurator This project will have 2 parts, an app and a website. The website will have 3 parts: super admin user, admin user and parents booking system. The app will sync with the database/website every hour. The Parents booking system will allow parents to make bookings. Admin staff will confirm payment and bookings which will then be transferred on to the ipad once synced. The super admin user will be able to change and edit specific features in the app The parent booking system will tell the parent how much they will need to pay once they have the dates and sessions type they want to book for their child. There are several discount rules that will apply if certain conditions are met and these are outlined in the support documents. Once parent books then they will need to physically come in to the school and pay the money in cash and then the admin user will confirm that the payment is taken and the booking for those students will be transferred on to the app in order for staff in playcentre to sign them in and out. There are other features in this project that I haven’t listed here but they have been shown in detail in the blueprint provided in the supporting document. These features are easy to implement and do not require much thought hence why I haven’t detailed them here. This will be a project that will require more work to be done in the future to the app to keep in line with IOS updates or any additions to the app so please only bid on this project if you are willing and happy to take on additional work at a later stage on this project for an agreed set fee. I have provided exact blueprint of the app and the website and all supporting documents to go with it.
