Add a link in a WHMCS installation

This should take someone two minutes who knows what they're doing. We have a bandwidth monitor located at [login to view URL] We need to have a link somewhere on the product details page. Preferably the page could open it it's own tab (see picture) however I'll settle for a link to the bandwidth monitor page if that's too hard. Need this done within the next few hours. Thank you!
