Simple video player for Windows Phone 8

I need an app built with Windows Phone 8 SDK. The app should be able to select a movie file and a subtitle file. Then there should be a play button. When playing the movie the subtitle should be played in sync with video. Support for two subtitle formats are needed: SubRip = .srt VobSub = .sub + .idx If you can complete this project I will give you more work.
