Server 2003 Quick Fix

I need a Windows Server Certified Guru to fix these 3 errors occurring on our server 2003 machine: Error #1 Faulting application [login to view URL], version 6.0.3790.3959, faulting module [login to view URL], version 5.2.6.6, fault address 0x00001d1f. Error#2 The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( FMSocket_SL55 ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: FMSocket_SL55@localhost,ErrorCode=2321,ErrorMessage=Network problem, listener could not be started because port is already in use.
