Back-story: We've used a previous recording service that would take 10 frame per minute as discrete frames, and combined to make a video. Alas, it required too many licenses and became expensive over time, so we are looking for a talented programmer to help us escape these unnecessary fees! Description: We need a piece of software that can record a screen and output the file into a readable format, i.e. .mp4. Logistics: Whichever programming language you feel most comfortable with, we need something that can run in the background and not interrupt the worker, or this program should not take up too much memory. Also, this software will be running on Microsoft Windows. Thank you for reading! (more details will be explained)

Select region from 5 way. (SelObject, FreeHand, FixedMoving, FixedStable, FullScreen). Auto selecting best video codecs in your system. (DivX, XviD, MP4, WMV and Standard AVIs). Capability record audio from selected input device. Capability record with pause and resume functions. Full support record from single monitor and/or multi monitor. Change arbitrary recording frame rate. (Up to 1000 fps -- super fast machines). Capability recording type (NoCompress, CompressOnFly, CompressAfterRecord). Capability record with set timer. Change on time video priority at recording mode. Capability preview before recording or follow recording. Synchronic show record status. Synchronic drawing objects, texts, images, etc. over video canvas. (Overlay option). Image filter effective (GrayScale, Sepia, Reverse Color, Rotation, Brightness, Contrast, Color Adjust, Saturation, Posterize, Color Noise, Mono Noise).
