Website to Salesforce Integration

I need a few sites integrating into our salesforce CRM. We do not want to use the Salesforce plugin as we have some custom fields that we want to capture that this plug in doesn't support. We need to capture the data and push it into salesforce in specific fields. As an example, please see the website [login to view URL] 1. There is a scrolling survey at the top and we need the selections bringing back into salesforce 2. The contact details form at the end of the scrolling survey needs to be brought back into salesforce 3. And the 'Get a Free Quote' and 'Request a call back' fields need to be brought into salesforce. Please quote for this single site. If this is succesful, there are 2 other sites that will need to be done.
