Optimise and Add a Video to Responsive WordPress Website

Hello:) We have a video we created and need to add it to our WordPress Website. It is similar to the video: [login to view URL] (we also have a down arrow over the video linking to information below the video) We need the following: - Video optimised to load quickly - Video saved in all appropriate formats - Video uploaded (we can do, but please suggest where is best) - Video plugged in to our website (we can buy a plugin - we have slider revolution: [login to view URL]) - Code added to adapt video to various browser/device limitations - Full screen - Play on load - There is also a "down" arrow on the bottom of the video page that allows users to scroll down below the video to see text on the webpage. Work well on the following devices: (we are using [login to view URL] to test) Mac/PC All iPhones All Samsung Phones All iPad Sizes All Samsung Galaxy sizes Responsive on all desktop and laptop screens We estimate this to take a very quick project for a video expert. We are willing to pay a bit more than $30 but the next tier of payment we are offered by freelancer is from $30-$250 - most of which is out of our budget range.
