Meeting Places Classified Wordpress Site

I am looking for an experienced Wordpress developer to create a classified website that focuses on the "Meeting Places" category. I also attached a document as a template for what each of the 10 pages need to contain for language and layout. The [login to view URL] website will create a digital meeting arena where a FEMALE can post a MEETING PLACE and a MALE can submit a bid proposal to the FEMALE to review. This website will serve two purposes for the FEMALE USER AND THE MALE USER. The 1st will allow a FEMALE with a click of a button submit a MEETING PLACE and a matter of hours receive hundreds of bid proposals from MALES to review and connect with the MALE that they choose to engage with through email or by phone. The 2nd will allow a MALE with a click of a button submit a bid proposal to hundreds of FEMALE meeting places that they may be contacted via email or by phone. The [login to view URL] will only serve as a meeting place for male and females to connect and any communication between the two parties will go through their preferred method of communication listed in their account page. The actual layout can be modified by the Website Creator to maintain a simple and user-friendly interface. Lastly the website must be built with WordPress so upon completion my IT College Student will be able to administer and modify the website on the WordPress Platform. Listed below are key data elements that will need to be stored in a database and listed below are the instructions / requirements for each page. FEMALE: Only User who can post a Meeting Place Post MALE: Only User who can submit a Bid Proposal to a Meeting Place Post MEETING PLACE: Posted by a Female User containing a category, title, description, and pictures/attachments. Database will be required to record all MEETING PLACE posts created and accessible to the FEMALE AND MALE USERS through their account pages. BID PROPOSAL: Submitted by a Male to the FEMALE post containing their Bid response/attachments and contact information carried through the account information. Database will be required to record all BID PROPOSALS created and accessible to the FEMALE AND MALE account pages.
