We're searching for a highly experienced specialist that can do website analytics to increase our website speed and structure our site/pages for optimal SEO ratings. We are not looking to change the appearance of the website in any way, shape or form. We're clearly looking for backend changes, tweeks, plugins, keyword changes, image resizing, alt text, focus keywords, or anything else that will increase speed and the SEO foundation of the site. We'd like you to describe a couple changes you'd make based on your assessment of the website. Please list a couple issues that may be causing the decrease in speed and poor SEO ratings. From there we'll hire the best candidate to implement the changes. We are also capable to help apply any of the required changes. We are not looking for an SEO company to create backlinks or article submitting. We're looking at only making strategic changes to the website at this time. Once completed we'll then look at opportunities to improve on within search engines and other media sources. First thing is when i see google pagespeed insights The wordpress theme itself is taking so much time to respond. Also 1) DNS has to be checked if the server is responding well for the domain and SSL 2) Wordpress always has issues with responding less due to JS or css or images or code or plugins so everything has to be analysed. 3) Theme though looks sleek but still taking enormous time to respond is something i need to review the code and database for sure 4) Also the other points you mentioned for keywords or meta , alt tags and H1 tags etc i need to work once i make the site respond first 5) some unwanted plugins like WP super minify is not doing any changes at all so it has to be taken out. DId you check with host the SSL and http is working good without any issues? Anyway i need full access to work with you to get more analysis for the website so let me know from you. I am a PHP/MYSQL/SEO/JQUERY/WORDPRESS expert to fix things and to upgrade things in a different way than others so discuss with me please.

* You left out site security which is equally important, I can trace hotlinks and images to your website * and standard wp-admin login which is not good! * Siteground is the best decision you took which I was anyway going to recommend, considering their server response time and support which is better than Justhost. As far as site speed is concerned, there can be varying and underlying factors which I will walk you through and will make subtle changes without disturbing the existing layout.
