I am looking for a freelancer who can help me repair the function of a WordPress plugin called Real3dFlippingbook that is currently not functioning. I am receiving a popup error message stating "UnknownErrorException: Failed to fetch". Unfortunately, I have not been able to troubleshoot the issue successfully on my own. I don't know where to start. A search on the internet tells me this: "You changed domain or protocol (HTTP/HTTPS) so got this. Check your ajaxurl". Sometimes we also do not get an error message, but then the flippingbook keeps loading forever. I recently transfered this website to a new VPS with cloudlinux and Plesk, which might have caused the problem. I have 2 sisterwebsites moved to a new VPS (both have their own VPS) and one website has no error and the second website does show this error. I have added a Letsencrypt SSL certificate. The old location served this website over HTTPS and the new VPS does this also (with Letsencrypt certificate). I also renewed the SSL certificate to make sure this is not the issue. I need an expert to make this plugin work again on 1 website. This plugin is well respected, receives continue updates and is working on another website from us. Skills and Experience: - Strong knowledge of WordPress and its plugins - Experience with troubleshooting plugin issues - Familiarity with AJAX and its potential error messages - Understanding of website and hosting updates and their impact on plugin functionality
