Summary This project involves post launch tasks of a WP website. This project does not include ongoing maintenance of the site outside of what may be stated in the scope. Project Scope This SOW covers the following activities and deliverables. 1. Code Repository Setup 2. Mobile Responsiveness Improvements Review and improve mobile responsiveness to each page or feature. 3. Reviewing live site for bugs and issues, etc. 4. CMS, Plugins, Widgets Setting up additional plugins and widgets including but not limited to • form building plugins • SEO plugins • email integrations tools 5. Search Engine Optimisation initial set up • On page optimisations. • Conversion tracking • Google My Business optimisation ( on a provided business account) • Citation building • Rich media keywording video and images • Analytics setup and reporting ( on a provuded GA account) Deliverables • A backup copy of the files associated with the site. • A reference document outlining what updates are made to the site along with a link to online resources. • A SEO Report with initial end-to-end audit and initial set up to increase overall domain authority of site, and a proposal for ongoing SEO optimisation • Move hosting to Azure (on a provided account) Please advise Schedule on the tasks below and price each items seperately.
