I want someone with experience who knows WordPress extensively. I want an assessment form that will be weighted so when a customer comes to the site they will complete this survey it will be associated with them (their account) once they put in their email. Then i want to be able to push a schedule to them so they can book in for a further in depth virtual onsite analysis (security). A job would be created in Freshdesk (i am open to alternatives but this seems good to me and i have used it). This job will be ready for outsourcing. Then the result of that indepth analysis will be attached to their account (probably a pdf and or word document). This will mean the analyst will complete a form outlining what is securre or unsecure or needs work on the system. I want this word to relate to an invoicing system that is automated so in other words as soon as the analyst completes their analysis this report will be ingested into the system and will then make an invoice of what is required to be completed (the cost to third party company) and cost to the customer. The workflow or back end will allow me the admin to see this but nobody but me. Then from here once verified the invoice can be sent to the customer for the works. If they accept and payment has been verified (eCommerce has already been built into my site as well as the scheduling i just need someone to put it together). Then the analyst (third party or member of my team) will complete a work done form where i will get notified once anyone updates any ticket. Once the analyst has compelted their work they will fill their costs. This invoice will be used for the customer but my logo will be used and my costs will be placed. All of these transactions will relate to each individual or company so i can track what works has been completed to each person/businesses account. i want the ability to add links or video to their accounts as i may get the analysts to add video capture of their analysis if they are completing remote analysis. Registration on behalf of email ID of the customer after filling up the survey a. What kind of survey is this? b. Name of the data fields required for creating form? 2. After survey/registration: Analysis is required after scheduling/booking it. 3. I’m well aware about integration of ‘Freshdesk API’, so take care of this part. 4. Analysis result in PDF is highly recommendable. It looks professional. 5. A further form renders to the analyst to provide his/her feedback 6.
