Wordress partner needed

I am currently working on some sites and foresee the need (although not inmediately) for some e-commerce / shopping cart assistance. The ideal candidate would be verse on databases and easily accessible via skype. At this point is hard to think about payment agreement since I'm looking for long term relationship with online colleagues and most of us are willing to help each other and/or share benefits (mainly the nature of IT professionals, right?) so I'm open to read a few good responses.
