Flash site to XML Dynamic

This way I can change the XML file to change the website. For instance rather than opening flash croping a new image and importing it over the Sunflower; rather, I can simply edit the XML file to the location of a new image and it will be updated. I also want flash to "cover" to round the image. Meaning of course I want to point to the location of a square image and when it enters flash it is center shrunk and rounded. Furthermore all the text needs to be easily updatable in the same manner. This is the first of many sites to require these features. Unsure on how to budget this please give any ideas.
