The problem I need to solve has to do with 3rd party logistics. One Warehouse has some cargoes which have to go to specific consignees (One cargo to one Consignee). Each cargo has specific weight and volume. Each consignee has its distance from each other point (consignees and warehouse). The warehouse owns some trucks , each of them has a maximum payload in weight and volume and a cost per klm. The program has to choose which trucks to use and which route to follow. If the program use GIS data to design the route it will be paied better. The program has to be written in VB.NET.
