The code that receives status from the carriers is already done, so you don't need to develop it from scratch. 4. The status message is posted in the Json format. 5. The code must be test with unit our integration tests. No functional tests are required and the teste infra-structure is already in place. 6. If for some reason the Notification Url is offline, then an email must be sent to the client informing that we are ot able to connect to its system.
