TEDx Talk Animated Short on Leadership

I require a seasoned graphic designer to produce a 6-8 minute long, 2D traditional animated movie. The animation will be a creative, and engaging reflection of leadership and changemaking. The attached picture that shows the animation that I want (all in one slide) I need the designer to create an animation that goes in the following order: transition 1: the arrows with the words joy and ease. transition 2: the face comes in top left (with a bored expression), then the word boredom, then 30 seconds later, the word Distraction. Transition 3: the face comes in again with a burnt out expression, then the word burnout and then 30 seconds later the word dogma. Transition for the face comes in again in the bottom right this time accompanied by two or three other faces of different people with a ring around them showing that they are part of a team, then the word buildout and then 30 seconds later the word DIY. transition 5: original face comes in again this time with an expression of bliss, followed by the word place and then 30 seconds later the word denial, Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proven track record in designing and producing high-quality 2D traditional animations - Ability to generate creative, narrative, visually compelling pieces - Experience in producing animation for talks, presentations, or similar types of communication - Broad understanding and interest in leadership and changemaking - Excellent communication and time management skills to ensure the project meets the deadline.
